Mr. Andrad Felix is a dedicated law enforcement officer with twelve (12) years of service in the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force. He is also an accomplished author, evangelist, and eloquent motivational speaker, best known for his teachings in biblical studies.

Throughout his career, Mr. Felix has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the development and empowerment of young men in Saint Lucia. Through transformative lectures and personal counseling, he promotes spiritual awareness and positive change. His extensive experience across various departments within the police force has given him a deep understanding of some of the nation's most troubled individuals and the challenges they face.

Drawing upon both his professional insights and spiritual convictions, Mr. Felix firmly believes that Saint Lucia's men are in urgent need of physical and spiritual rehabilitation. Guided by this belief, he has embarked on a purposeful mission not only to rehabilitate and uplift men but also to contribute meaningfully to the future and well-being of his country.

Ms. Stephie Anderson is a results-driven professional who brings a strong blend of faith, leadership, and technical expertise to the Ministry's mission of transforming lives through Christ-centered development. Her passion for human development and social transformation aligns closely with the mission of Men of Faith Ministries.

She is a dedicated public servant with over thirteen (13) years of experience with the Government of Saint Lucia. Ms. Anderson holds a Master's Degree in Project Management from Universidad para la Cooperacion Internacional, Costa Rica and a Master's Degree in Development Policy with concentrations in Sustainable Development and International Development from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management, South Korea. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Studies with a concentration in International Management from the University of the West Indies, and is a Certified Green Project Manager (GPM).

As the Secretary and Treasurer of Men of Faith Ministries, she draws upon her academic and professional expertise to guide the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives that nurture both the spiritual and socio-economic restoration of individuals seeking renewal in Christ. Through this work, she remains committed to fostering transformation that empowers lives and strengthens faith-based communities.

Guided by her faith and a deep commitment to service, she strives to strengthen the ministry's capacity to implement impactful, sustainable, and God-centered interventions that restore dignity, purpose, and hope in the lives of those it serves. She is particularly passionate about implementing projects that support at-risk youth and marginalized men, fostering personal growth, resilience, and community reintegration through Christ-centered mentorship and education.

Ms. Anderson is recognized as a change-maker, role model, and mentor within her community. She believes that faith, education, and opportunity are transformative tools for both individual and societal progress, and she continues to dedicate her skills and service toward building a more empowered and compassionate nation.
